The charcoal black Teac MCDX450iDAB combines sleek contemporary design with a host of high quality functions. The system includes a main unit, two aluminium honey-comb diaphragm NXT side speakers and a subwoofer for extra ‘oomph’. The motorised CD door even slides open at the touch of a button for an extra slick touch. The main unit houses a multi-format CD player, a DAB radio tuner, a backlit LCD display and an iPod dock. The dock allows you to enjoy music on your iPod through the system’s speakers. It will also charge your iPod as it plays, while a composite video output lets your view video and slide shows on your TV (connection cable not included). Each side speaker produces 5W of sound, while the subwoofer adds an extra 10W kick of low bass. The system also features an audio input, a headphone jack and a remote control.
